Discover the new smart city app, to have the city in your pocket. You can know the events and news in your city, consult the necessary organizations or make appointments, know where there is circulation, contacts and interesting links… we will show you.
Around me
The following is a brief description of the different sections included in the app. The first one is Around me, where you can find the different points of interest of the city such as museums, parks…as well as their details with descriptions and indications about the services, as well as a gps address to get there. They will be presented on a map and in a list mode, to see the proximity.
News & Events
Keep up to date with the news happening in your city. Includes a news highlight at the top of the page and a news detail.
You can filter by topic and see the ones that are of most interest to you.
Notifications 1788, Digital locker & Make an appointment
In Notifications 1788, the user will be able to generate a report with a form with information about himself/herself (login with Itsme), and also an anonymous report without login.
The digital locker section will allow the user to access necessary documentation through a webview integrated into the app. In this section we also need to be logged in with Itsme to access the list which will also be previewed with a webview, as in Make an appointment.
disruption
In this section the user will be able to see which roads are closed due to road works and where we can park in public car parks in order to be able to drive around the city. This section is only available in map mode.
Contact information & links &
In these sections you will find general information of interest to the user, such as the main contact telephone numbers you may need, as well as the different links of interest.
Collection calendar
In the collection calendar section you will find the different rubbish collection schedules depending on the address entered.
Profile & Notifications
The user profile has different views depending on whether you are logged in with itsme or not. We can access user information, change the profile picture, adjust notifications… From here you can manage the messages sent in the Notifications 1788 section and consult previously made requests.
We also have general notifications that will alert us with a push notification of different content that is being added, which we can change in the profile settings.
Social module
There is a utility implemented in the app, which we will activate only if our city has a regulated aid system with social workers. This will have a special login through Azure, where the social worker will guide the user to be able to benefit from certain aids. The citizen will also have access to this section, guided by the social worker assigned to them.
Different modes & accesibility
The app is desig ned to be used in both light and dark mode, and this is set from the device settings. It is prepared so that accessibility requirements are also met in this dark color mode.
The application is designed so that anyone can access it, complying with accessibility principles such as: contrast of backgrounds and texts, clear texts and fonts, large button design, clear and simple content and gestures…
Itsme
We use ITSME in our app. Log in securely and easily, create new accounts, confirm transactions, and sign documents. Without card readers, without difficult passwords.
With Itsme you will be able to access everything related to documents and others, which will help you to be connected to your city and to all your procedures.
Customised home screen
You can customize your app, add the sections that interest you, give them a color to differentiate them… you build your home screen. You can delete them from your home screen and add them back at any time.
Some sections are freely accessible, but in others you will have to access via Itsme, in order to view your 1788 notifications or access the Digital Locker.
